I am responsible for supplying contractors into the Dublin region under the Projects, Transformation and Consulting (PTC) team. Building strong relationships with our customers and developing new strategic partnerships for Morgan McKinley.

As part of the Projects, Transformation and Consulting team, I recruit for contract positions such Project Managers, Business Analysts, Service Delivery Managers within key areas such as Software Development, Infrastructure, Web and Digital

My Advice

Changing careers can be very daunting and involves a massive investment in your time. My Background

I started my Recruitment journey in September 2017 and haven't looked back. I hold a Bachelors degree in Biotechnology from NUIG, during which I worked as a Research and Development intern in Galway and Vienna. During this time I gained valuable experience within the life sciences, however in order to broaden my scope and interests I decided to undertake a Masters in Strategy, Innovation and People Management in NUIG. I always had an interest in working closely with people, and I thought Recruitment could offer this. Building relationships and managing expectations is a massive part of this role, which I thoroughly enjoy and needless to say no day is ever the same. I always say Recruitment is doing alot of small things right and being resilient.
