My Advice

The first step to finding a new career opportunity is really understanding where your interest is and what you are looking to get out of your next move, whether you are at the start of your career or looking for a change.The second step is ensuring your CV is well presented and detailed. Use your CV as a tool to highlight your strengths and your experience to date. Interviewing for a new role can be a daunting experience. It is important to be prepared by being able to discuss your CV in detail, do your research and ask questions. However, it is equally as important to remember to let your personality shine through.

My Background

I graduated from the Technological University of Dublin with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Morgan McKinley my background was within the HR world where I worked across different sectors including Accounting & Finance, Retail, Healthcare and IT solutions. Throughout my career I have always been involved in employee onboarding with a key interest in matching candidates and new opportunities.
