My Advice

It's important to be prepared when looking for a new role, no matter what stage of your career you may be at, preparation is key! My Background

I joined Morgan McKinley's sister brand La Crème in 2014, recruiting within the highly competitive and fast paced office and legal support space. Having gained invaluable experience I moved into a Team Lead position with Morgan McKinley’s finance team, where I was responsible for a team of 5 consultants. More recently, I've managed our dedicated team  of Talent Acquisition Specialists onsite with KBC Bank Ireland, before moving back into the main Morgan McKinley business to manage our HR and Office Support Recruitment teams.

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, I worked in Dublin and abroad within fashion retail.
