I graduated from the Technological University of Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Morgan McKinley my experience lay within Operations Management in the hospitality industry. During this time, I specialised in brand development and cost management as well as employee development. Throughout my career, I have always enjoyed being involved in the people side of the business, especially the hiring process which combined with a HR degree led me to my role within Morgan McKinley.
