My Advice

Always consider attending an interview when called for one even if your relatively happy where you are. It can open many doors and if even nothing comes of it, its still good practice to keep your interviewing skills sharp.

My Background

Ian has over 12 years sales and recruitment experience and joined Morgan McKinley in 2011. He began his Morgan McKinley career in the IT Recruitment Division in Dublin recruiting for Senior IT Appointments and was a top performer himself before moving into management. Ian then went on to lead the IT Contracts division to becoming one of the most successful teams in Morgan McKinley globally. Over the years he has built a strong network of both clients and senior technology leaders at the same time accumulating an in-depth knowledge of the technology markets around the world. Ian is an advocate of health and wellness and when he is not recruiting he is running. He has ran seven marathons to date. Four of which he ran under 3 hours and a personal best of 2 hours and 46 mins and he is hoping to better that in Toronto in 2017.
