My Advice

My advice for anyone who is looking for a new role is, that a recruitment process is your opportunity to find the right role for you. Obviously you need to put your best foot forward, do your research and come prepared to interview, but also ask the appropriate questions. Your first meeting with the line manager or your potential direct report is as much for you to learn about them and the company first hand as it is for them to learn about you. So be confident, and come prepared with any relevant questions you need answered. At the end of the day, this will help you to make the best choice to advance your career.

My Background

I joined Morgan McKinley in 2018 and am delighted to be part of the country's leading dedicated supply chain team. Prior to this after the completion of my degree from UCC I jumped straight into recruitment, moving to London and joining one of the UK's leading construction recruitment agencies. This was a fantastic opportunity to cut my teeth in a fast paced dynamic industry and to work closely on some of London's landmark residential and commercial developments. The skills and understanding I gained in London was invaluable when returning to Ireland and joining one of the world's largest recruitment businesses, focusing primarily on the life sciences industry throughout Ireland. I have a keen interest in connecting top candidates to leading businesses and seeing first hand the positive impact that has.
