Colm joined Morgan McKinley in 2019 and is a Recruitment Consultant on the Supply Chain Team specialising in Production, Operations and Lean in the West of Ireland and Munster.

My Advice

My advice is for people to be ready to take the next stage in their career by putting the time and the work in to prepare. Preparation is absolute key and is the difference between having a good interview or having an amazing one. Research the company, know your CV and have your experience clear in your mind.

My Background

Colm started with Morgan McKinley in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant on the Supply Chain Team. After coming from a background in Business Development in Credit Unions Colm enjoys working with people and the value of working with people in a one to one capacity. After nearly four years in the Credit Union sector he felt recruitment was the next step in his career. He completed his QFA with the LIA in 2019.

Colm specialises and recruits for Production roles from Operator up to Operations Manager.

Colm has completed multiple high volume production operator projects for companies as well as more niche and senior roles.
