My Background

I am a Senior Technical recruiter, responsible for placing software engineers across a variety of industries within the Leinster region. My role has a strong client focus & involves partnering with new & existing organisations to source talented software engineers on a permanent basis. I started within the tech recruitment space 7 years ago, specialising in placing full stack Java developers within the software product space. I then relocated to the Caribbean for 4 years, managing the IT recruitment desk for CML specialising predominantly for tech hiring in the Cayman Islands. I have recently relocated back to Ireland & joined Morgan McKinley for the next chapter in my career.

I am also very passionate about candidate experience, preparation for interviews & securing the right fit role for each candidate - always keen to network with software engineers, learn more about the industry & assist junior developers on their career journey.
