My Background

Catherine is an experienced executive search professional having worked on senior leadership appointments across a variety of positions in the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa. Having previously lived in the United States, Catherine worked for a management consultancy that provided talent advisory services and most recently worked for a global executive search and strategy company headquartered in Dublin.

Committed to approaching search assignments creatively and collaboratively, Catherine believes good communication and trust during a search allows the partnership to explore alternative combinations of careers and experiences to find the perfect candidates. Catherine has a Bachelor’s of Environmental Planning from Queens University Belfast and an MBA with a focus in HR and Organisational Development from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, USA.
