I recruit for temporary, contract and permanent roles, across all levels from entry-level to senior positions.
My advice for a good interview is preparation - you can never over prepare! First impressions are important so dress accordingly, make sure you can access the platform through which your interview is being conducted and always be on time! Research the industry, the company, the role and know why you want this opportunity. Prepare for competency based questions using STAR technique. Most importantly, don't be afraid to sell yourself, it is a chance to highlight your experience and accomplishments.
My educational background is in Business and Finance. I have a Bachelor Degree in Business and Honours in Accounting and Finance. However, thus far my most notable experience in the professional world comes in the form of Social Media and Policy. But the experience has shaped my interest in Recruitment and that is to help individuals overcome challenges.
