Responsibilities

  • In charge of eCommerce channel planning and listing
  • Understand online customers' profile and formulate suitable users' journey
  • Cooperate with local marketing teams to develop eCommerce marketing strategy to achieve synergy
  • Drive traffic on different channels such as social media, internal and external websites
  • Grow sales through data analysis and formulating action plans
  • Manage the budget of eCommerce marketing
  • Monitor eCommerce marketing performance, objectives, and effectiveness
  • Support different digital transformation and acceleration projects

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or related fields
  • Not less than 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years of eCommerce experience
  • Marketing experience on FMCG, F&B or Retailers is a huge advantage
  • Solid knowledge on the region's eCommerce environment and operations
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Data driven, analytical and able to translate findings into actions
  • Be open, proactive, and motivated
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
