My Advice

With the increasingly competitive landscape in Hong Kong's Technology field, I would suggest both candidates and clients to keep an open mind. Hong Kong, unlike other major financial hubs, has more vacancies than candidates. I would recommend candidates to ensure they are up to date with the latest technologies and frameworks to remain competitive in the market. As for companies hiring, I recommend revising your working, training, certification and employee wellbeing as a holistic compensation plan.

My Background

I started my recruitment journey in Canada and it was there I built a solid foundation and learned many of the skills I continue to use and benefit from today.
