My Advice

“If you don’t ask the question, you won’t get the answer you want.” It applies to all potential candidates and clients. You should ask as many questions as you can during the recruitment process in order to avoid any discrepancy. There is no doubt that recruitment experts who have talked the talk and walked the walk surround you. It is essential to build a solid relationship and work exclusively with a recruiter who could walk the talk because the outcome would be mutually beneficial. You can always be transparent and exchange market updates with your recruiter, as our expectations must be aligned. Always remember; never be afraid to try when the opportunity comes. If you hesitate too long, you miss them.

My Background

I started my career in Morgan McKinley as an administrator in 2017. Then I left MMK to become a specialized recruiter for product development and marketing in Insurance focus. Now I am back in the office as part of the Accounting and Finance team.

I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies. I had spent 9 years studying in the US. I consider myself as a California girl!
