My Background

Luuk is a graduate (Bachelor of Human Resource Management) from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and has almost 9 years of global recruitment experience working in The Netherlands, Australia & Canada.

He has gained experience in recruitment partnering with several government organisations while working for one of the biggest recruitment agencies in The Netherlands.

In Melbourne, Australia; Luuk successfully managed end-to-end IT recruitment processes for projects within telecommunications, financial services, utilities, IT services and various other industries.

After his move to Canada; Luuk was able to keep working within the IT space and joined Morgan McKinley in May 2021 as a Senior Consultant. Currently, Luuk is looking after roles within Cloud/DevOps/SRE-, Mobile Development-, Product Design & Marketing spaces as well as Technical Leadership positions.
