My Background

Having lived in the UK, Switzerland, Canada and Australia, there’s no doubt that Selene brings a uniquely international perspective to the team. A psychology graduate with a passion for understanding and communicating with people, Selene was drawn to the human aspect of recruitment – and after moving to Australia in 2019, she quickly found her feet in a local firm that specialised in financial services.

With her solid experience in the audit, risk, compliance and strategy space Selene, she has enabled us to further grow our offering in this competitive market. With her keen intuition, meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful nature, Selene enjoys the variety that comes with her role. She has a true knack for reading individuals, tuning into their needs and priorities, and connecting in a genuine way.
