My Advice

If you are looking at multiple opportunities take time throughout the process to think about which you would take based on the knowledge you have. It's really important to revisit what aspects are most important about a new position. It's much easier to be able to reflect on all this with a calm state of mind rather than waiting until you have two offers on the table and letting stress and emotion cloud your thinking.

My Background

After completing a BA Hons in Mathematics, I began my career in recruitment in the UK. I first worked for a global specialist recruitment agency where I learned my craft! 20 years on I have worked in London, Sydney, and Perth and have placed 100s of professionals in roles across Change and Transformation.
