Morgan McKinley recently hosted an espresso workshop where APAC Managing Director Louise Landridge and Company Director Dominic Bareham presented some key insights and high-level findings from the Leadership Insights Series Executive Summary - a research study conducted in partnership with Thrive Advisory - on what it takes to attract, select and retain the best talent.
After a quick presentation on the findings from the study, the room was split into two groups where ideas and thoughts were shared. There was a great sense of energy in the room, and everyone was able to take some practical insights and learnings away from the session.
