We place part-qualified, newly-qualified or post-qualified finance professionals with banking experience, or candidates who have other relevant professional qualifications such as CFA or MBA holders. At the junior end, typical annual salaries range from HK$240,000 to HK$400,000, while more senior roles (VP and Director level titles) range from HK$800,000 to HK$1,500,000.

The division has a dedicated research function which utilises all available methods to generate the best candidates for our clients. As the division works exclusively with a select number of leading investment banks and financial institutions in Hong Kong, it is able to access an extensive high-quality candidate pool which includes the stars of the market.

Candidates are interviewed thoroughly by at least one consultant who is experienced in a variety of interviewing techniques. This enables us to fully understand our candidates’ experience, motivations, ambition and personality to make the right match for them with our clients.
