The Commodities Division at Morgan McKinley is a rapidly expanding team which consists of experienced consultants backed by expert researchers.

The commodities industry is very diverse and this fact is reflected in both the types of roles that we recruit for as well as the type of clients with whom we work. We have very strong relationships with the commodity departments in almost all the top tier banks as well a large portfolio of energy companies both in the UK and throughout the world.

Salary levels in this field typically vary from £30,000 - £80,000 (plus benefits) with some more senior positions having total compensation packages easily exceeding £100,000.

The skills and qualifications which we look for in our candidates differ according to each role but we do seek out candidates with strong academic backgrounds as well as relevant experience. Accountancy qualifications are particularly in demand for many types of role as are other qualifications with either a commodity or a financial bias.
