The Operations Division at Morgan McKinley consists of a team of consultants with substantial industry and recruitment experience supported by a skilled research function.
The division’s clients include the UK’s major financial institutions and blue chip organisations as well as being on the preferred supplier lists of the world’s leading investment banks.
We recruit operations professionals across all products and levels, on a permanent, temporary and contract basis, from graduate and entry level through to senior management in the following areas:
The primary reason for candidates moving roles is to enhance career prospects by developing further technical and product knowledge. The majority of roles we recruit for are in the £20,000-£60,000 range but our Senior Operations Division recruits for positions commanding well in excess of this. On the temporary/contract side, hourly rates vary from £10 - £15 junior role and £15 - £20+ for a senior/specialist role.
