The Morgan McKinley Salary Survey 2007 has been compiled by our dedicated Research Division, which is in continual contact with employers and candidates in the banking and finance markets.

The survey provides market and compensation overviews for the London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo financial services markets. Detailed salary information covers permanent, temporary and contract positions across the following sectors; Asset Management, Banking Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Commodities & Energy, Credit, Risk & Quantitative Finance, Corporate Finance/M&A, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Secretarial & Support and Technology.
 
Salary rates predominantly cover basic salaries only, due to the enormous variety in which financial institutions manage employee reward. However, where possible details on bonus levels, benefits packages and overall trends in compensation have been included.
