Description

Description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and tenacious character, who will quickly become an integral part of the team.

It is fundamental that you are a self starter as you will be responsible for the proactive generation of candidates via maintaining relationships with the existing candidates on our database. We have met most of the candidates previously and they will be receptive to your call. You will identify opportunities through networking this candidate pool for new business development, gaining a thorough understanding of the job roles within this market and what makes a strong candidate, maintain awareness of market developments – specifically regarding hiring patterns, identifying new candidates through networking and proactive marketing and mapping specific areas of the Investment Banking market in specific clients.

Daily/weekly tasks for the Researcher:

Taking/screening calls
Booking in good candidates to see the team
Writing adverts for current jobs
Taking ad response
Staying in touch with current candidates for updates
Getting referrals from good candidates
Searching for CVs for specific roles
Headhunting
Calling the active database to keep all records up to date
Reactivating candidates that we have lost contact with
Keeping track of posted jobs adverts
Managing team diary

As the first point of contact with many potential MMc clients and candidates you will be responsible for the professional image of the business and delivering the highest level of service.

The successful candidate for this role will be self motivated, target driven and out-going. The position requires confidence and a hard working approach and you should be articulate and assured dealing with people on the phone.

Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our London office. The successful individual will act as the professional image of the business for those clients and candidates visiting the office.

Responsibilities

Sole responsibility for the management of London office reception area
Ensuring the reception area is presented in a professional manner to project the professional image of the company
Organise and maintain an accurate daily room management diary
Liaising with relevant consultants to ensure a smooth and efficient registration and interview process
Regular checking of reception area, meeting rooms, facilities functions and IT equipment within this area reporting any issues to the relevant internal departments
Opening reception each morning
Operating a small switchboard and directing any queries to the relevant individuals within the organisation
Booking couriers and dealing with deliveries / internal mail
Training secretaries and support staff on reception cover
Organising a monthly reception rota for extended hours
Updating the company phone list and liaising with the marketing team to inform them of any personnel changes within the company
Ad hoc support to secretarial staff, and administrative duties, as and when required.
