We recruit operations professionals across all products and levels, on a permanent basis, from graduate and entry level through to senior management for the major banks and financial institutions in Hong Kong in the following areas:
The primary reason for candidates moving roles is to enhance career prospects by developing further technical and product knowledge. Further to this a move within Banking Operations can often signifacntly increase your exposure to and dealings with the front office. Salaries in the above areas range from HK$200,000 to HK$600,000 per year for those at Analyst/Eexecutive level, whilst at AVP and VP level you could earn from HK$600,000 to HK$1,000,000 per year in basic salary.
