Recruitment Consultants
Hong Kong
Ref: RH2006

Are you an experienced salesperson who is less than happy with your ‘discretionary’ bonus, and not convinced by adverts claiming unrealistic On Target Earnings? Then, we suggest you explore the real potential of a genuine market leader.

Due to the unquestionable strength of our position as preferred suppliers to most of Hong Kong’s leading investment banks, we now require experienced salespeople and researchers to join our team to help deliver the next phase of our ambitious growth.

Successful applicants will be involved at each stage of an assignment; taking the client brief, creating an assignment strategy, identification of individuals and proactive candidate generation through active headhunting. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be expected to acquire excellent investment banking knowledge, and will be presented the early opportunity to prove your resourcefulness and gain rapid promotion. If you are already experienced in recruitment, then we can offer you the challenge of working on an established, successful and highly profitable banking desk with clients and candidates ready to do business. Hong Kong is the fastest growing financial community in Asia: a fabulous place to broaden your skill-set and use your experience, whilst earning higher margins than you might expect.

Our investment banking recruitment desk is a high-energy environment, and works to very tight schedules. Suitable candidates for the trainee role will be of graduate calibre with up to 18 months work experience in sales, and fluency in English. Candidates for the consulting role will have had recruitment experience previously, but banking knowledge is not a pre-requisite: we provide 5 days of intensive training to all staff each year. Self-motivated, high achievers with a desire to succeed and the ability to thrive under pressure will find the role challenging and rewarding.

Applicants will be attracted by the most competitive and unambiguous remuneration package available in contingency recruitment in Hong Kong (and one that is geared to reward genuine achievement) as well as the opportunity for personal development that is only available in such a high growth environment.  We also welcome applications from individuals living outside Hong Kong, who are looking to relocate (assistance is available) to build a life for themselves in the brightly-lit, fast and fun environment of Asia’s Number 1 city.
