management, investment and urban regeneration businesses.
The Company was founded in 1992 and floated on the London

Stock Exchange in July 1996. Quintain controls one of the

largest portfolios of urban regeneration planning

consents in London and one of the UK’s best performing

specialist property funds.
 

Quintain drives two of the UK’s four largest regeneration

schemes at Wembley and Greenwich Peninsula, at 85 and 190

acres respectively. Two zero carbon mixed use

developments are currently under development at Brighton

and Middlesbrough and the Company recently launched the

UK’s first underground waste removal system at Wembley.
