The Morgan McKinley Tax In-House division sources the highest-calibre tax professionals for the commercial and financial services sectors across the permanent and temporary/contract markets. We deliver recruitment solutions for tax positions across a variety of sectors at all levels of seniority.

Previously operating under the ECHM brand, we have built excellent relationships with an impressive list of clients over the years, including multinationals, top legal firms, FTSE 100 companies and SME’s.

Our own in-house talent consists of consultants with backgrounds in both tax and recruitment, supported by a dedicated research team with extensive networks across the sector. This gives the division a complete knowledge of the market in which they operate, benefiting both employers and tax professionals alike.

We focus on the recruitment of tax professionals of all levels, from Part Qualified ATT level Tax Assistants through to Heads of Tax. Typical salaries range from £25,000 to £120,000 across the following disciplines:

Our interim service, provides temporary and contract tax professionals for the full range of tax work including situations such as year end, compliance deadlines, maternity/sickness cover and projects. All of our temporary tax experts are fully referenced and ready to work from day one.
