The Front Office division has built mutually strong, collaborative relationships with its client base, which includes the largest Investment Banks, Private Equity Houses, Boutiques, Asset Management Houses, Hedge Funds, Brokerage and Trading Houses, in the UK, Continental Europe and the US. We focus on assignments for permanent positions at the following levels:

• Analyst
• Associate
• Vice President
• Executive Director
• Managing Director

Salaries vary accordingly, for example a typical Analyst base salary starts at £36,000, whereas a Managing Director position would command upwards of £110,000 base, with total compensation packages sometimes reaching seven figures.
